Yesterday I was driving back from Pueblo Motorsports Park after working an MRA event and on I25 somewhere around Monument a silver spec-v with at least exhaust and lowering blew past our truck. It had black fins above the rear window similar to 02specv's car and on the side in giant black lettering it read 101 SMF as if it was entered in some event somewhere. My guess is maybe he was coming back from PPIR?

Just curious if this is one of our members.

lol ya thats SPECial sauce

He had those "evo fins" above the window long before 02spec did

And that thing is s/c'd running like 10psi. He must have been creeping in 6th. lol

hey John... just curious but why did you get stickers instead of easy on-off magnets? that way you wouldn't have to leave 'em on

Haha, nah I was in an old brown Silverado with 4 people crammed in the cab and the bed filled with lawnchairs and sleeping mats.

We decided to just sleep on the ground in the pits at Pueblo. After seeing a tarantula I don't think we will be doing that again though lol.

I saw that he was just on here, have you tried to talk to him on SVF.com?

Dood I've written him two private messages over the last few months. He just doesn't want to talk to me or anyone from what I hear. I'm not the only one who has been trying to get a hold of him.

i sent him a PM a while back... took him forever and a day to respond but he still did... i dunno man... john's always been cool so its possible he looked at your PM and didn't have time to respond at the time... and then forgot

i'd say keep trying... or if his email is posted in his profile try that

Sorry guys ... just been busy. I'm trying like hell to find a job right now, and also have been kind of taking a break from the whole V scene. I do still have shift kits to sell, and if you sent me a PM and I didn't get back to you it is because I figured I'd see you all at the next meet or something. My car has been plagued with tire rubbing issues since I put on the RE01r's - to the point that I just didnt want to look at it for a while. I used to spend about 2 hours a day on car forums and lately I don't even check my email but once a week.
