Hi all. Excellent local forum.
I don't get away from work and family too often, but will likely show up to a meet every once in while. I'm looking forward to learning a little more about the local shops, what they have to offer and see some other's cars. My GT-R is still stock, but I'm starting to consider some options. No idea why, since it generally only carries me back and forth to work in rush hour traffic, but what the hell.

Welcome! Looking forward to meeting you and checking out the GT-R!
Dude...so badly I want that car! Did anyone check out the Top gear when Jeremy tracked the GTR? Hott!

Thanks for the welcomes.
Weekends are usually the SUV with the kids. GT-R makes going to work fun.

Welcome! As I mentioned earlier, your GT-R was the talk of our office when you first got it as back then they had just started trickling out of dealerships. Some colleagues walked over to look at it "up close" during the lunch hour. I saw you coming/leaving a couple of times and on one of those I wasn't in the Z so a wave may have made you scratch your head.

Ha. If I turn around in my chair I can typically see my car in the lot. The first couple months there must have been 20 times where I noticed people circling it.
During a few of my lunch hour drives, I've had people follow me until I stop. Not that I'd ever do that, but I get it. Neighborhood kids do that stuff more often. If they are bold enough to follow me into my driveway, I'll take them for a spin. :D

Nice meeting you today and getting a spin in Godzilla! I think I am still a bit short of breath from those rapid fire gear shifts and insane bouts of acceleration. I have been in FI Zs before but the way the GT-R is able to put the power down is quite simply, epic!

Cheers. Nice meeting you today also. I do enjoy hearing/watching the initial reaction from a first ride in the car.
Strange how natural the car becomes after a while. I remember my first drive, thinking holy #%*!!! I need to go drive something rwd to put it in perspective again.
Hope to make it this Sunday.
