black s14a and white s13 vert in the springs

i saw a '97 or '98 s14 today in the springs at powers and constitution. it had a body kit, silvia badge, and i think i saw aero catch hood latches. and i heard a BOV.

also saw a white s13 vert with an exhaust, i don't remember where it was. academy maybe.

anybody here or anyone know them?

dunno if its the same car
but I saw a white vert with coilovers/severely cut springs and an exhaust at Buckley in Aurora this weekend
think he might have been going to the Navy building
