Logged in idle time

If someone can change the idle time so that it doesnt log you out every like 10 minutes that would be great. I am up and about the day and was wanting to leave this page up and just refresh it when i get a chance but it seems to be a pain to have to log back in everytime i want to see the updated post.

Changed to 2 hrs, the 4 hrs was making our online users go way out eventhough they have been inactive.
